Secure your spot at the festival!

All of the donations collected go to pay the guaranteed band compensation and overhead costs (porta-potties, beverages, professional sound engineer, etc.) associated with the festival. The spirit of asking for donations is to generously support the hard work and art of our local musician community. McAwesome Ranch does not profit from the donation proceeds. In order to make this festival happen, this year we are asking for a $200/person donation for the weekend PLUS $50 for a trailer/camper/RV.

PLEASE donate in advance , which helps us hedge the risks associated with the upfront costs of the festival, and also provides a general idea of how many porta-potties and other supplies to order. Please include the names of your party as a note when you send in your payment donation.

Donations are not refundable, but are transferable, as they go directly to supporting this music community.

  • Yes! This festival is 100% powered by volunteers! If you are interested in volunteering, please email rachel@fivestringshouseconcerts.com for more information. Volunteering isn’t about choosing only preferred tasks or shifts. We depend on volunteers to help with essential operations like parking, trash, and cleanup in addition to other roles. Thank you!

  • We may release single day tickets as we get a bit closer to the event - but prioritize reservations to those donating for the entire weekend.
